There are several events that share the same parameters and respond to AI peds. These can be used to determine how peds react to their surroundings.
entities - table contains entity ids of peds, probably shocked witnesses or involved in the event
entity - entity id of the ped / vehicle that triggered the event
data - additional data, mostly coords
